• Contact our support team to update your account information.
• Keeping login credentials secure is the user's own responsibility. The user is liable for all activity that occurs on their account.

Specific terms apply to all Goldsvet bonuses, cashback, free spins, and promotional offers. The individual terms for each offer are stated on that offer's page.

General Bonus Terms:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw your bonus balance, you must wager at least 10x the total of your deposit plus bonus amount.
• Wagering calculation: Only bets with odds of 1.5 or higher will count toward the wagering requirement. Both single bets and express bets are accepted.
• Bonus Validity: Wagering requirements must generally be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus. Any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses: If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, specific rules will apply – contact support for details.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic betting designed to exploit the bonus system — such as placing bets on both sides of an outcome — will result in bonus cancellation.

Before placing any bets in Goldsvet's Sports Betting section, it's important to know these key rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Goldsvet cancels it directly.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, the original stake will be refunded.
• Goldsvet holds sole authority over odds adjustments. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or the result is voided, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds may update with a delay due to server latency or technical factors – in such cases, Goldsvet's decision is final.
• The cash out feature is available on select matches. Accepting a cash out offer at the time it is presented will be treated as the final settlement of that bet.

All slots and casino games operate on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software. Results are entirely random and neither Goldsvet nor any third party controls the outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Goldsvet and will result in immediate action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account under a false identity.
• Using the same payment method across multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Sharing your account with others or using someone else's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Deliberately exploiting odds errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

If any of the above activities are proven, Goldsvet will permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
